Coronavirus statement: we take your safety very seriously.

And want to ensure that we all stay as safe and as healthy as possible.

To this end will agree with the government’s assessment to reduce all non-essential contact to a minimum.

To facilitate this we have implemented an online physiotherapy service and now encourage all of our clients to use this instead of visiting the clinic.

However, we also recognise that the advice is sufficiently ambiguous to allow room for essential contact, therefore, for the time being, we will still take bookings for face to face appointments for ESSENTIAL assessments or follow-ups.

So if you consider it ESSENTIAL that you must see a physio face to face at Heaton Moor Physiotherapy, then we can still accept that booking.

Though this is subject to change and cancellation at anytime should the government’s advice or our interpretation of that advice change.

If your appointment is canceled you will be offered a refund or the option of an online consultation. But we ask you to consider carefully if your appointment is essential.

CORONAVirus statement

Please do not attend if you have a temperature of over 37.8 or a persistent cough.

Or if you have traveled abroad in the last 14 days to any destination outside of the UK (including Ireland).

For our part, we will maintain scrupulous hygiene, wiping all common surfaces frequently and maintaining handwashing protocols throughout.

We will also cancel clinics if we also display any symptoms.

Good luck everyone and please keep an eye for updates here
