Our sporting expertise is well recognised with experience in sports as diverse as running, martial arts, mma, boxing, olympic weight lifting, power lifting, football, rubgy, squash, swimming, Gaelic football, Hurling, Lacrosse as well as Ballet and dance. We also include musicians in this category as many professional musicians will understand the physical demands of constant practice and concert touring. We have successfully worked with many musicians in the past including professional flautists, cellists, violinists, violists, trumpet players and saxophonists.
Movement screening and performance analysis form the basis of our Sport Injury and Performance service. We will assess any deficits which may be contributory to your injury or recurrent problem and then devise a return to play programme which will include strength and conditioning, agility and stability work along with soft tissue work including sports massage and hands-on physiotherapy. We can get you back in the fray revitalised, faster and stronger.
A tailored 30 minute or 60 minute deep tissue massage to relieve tired muscles, prepare for an event, recover from an event (especially nice post marathon) or simply as a stress buster. Sport massage is for anyone who needs it, so don’t worry if it’s been a while since you were on pitch, you still deserve a treat.
