Physiotherapy Assessment & Treatment


We excel at an assessment of all common muscle and joint problems. From a recent injury to a long term pain, our comprehensive physio service gets to the heart of the issue quickly.


Sport Injury and Performance

Our sporting expertise is well recognised and we have experience in diverse sports, such as diverse as running, MMA and boxing. We have direct experience in Olympic weight lifting and powerlifting as well as team sports such as football, rugby, Gaelic football, hurling, and lacrosse. It’s not just sport as we have worked with many dancers (ballet and modern) and professional touring musicians.

Movement screening and performance analysis form the basis of our Sports Injury and Performance service. From this assessment, we devise a detailed rehab programme which will maximise your recovery and performance. Your rehab programme will include elements drawn from strength & conditioning, agility, and stability training. This mix ensures an efficient and effective return to play.
